Great Products. Great Managed Care.

Cons

Inexperience District and Regional Managers with poor business acumen. Not a place that cares about their employees as much as their bottom line. Internal software and data systems and infrastructure are obsolete and redundant, causing countless hours of wasted time.

For Texas the benefits are good.

Cons

Anywhere else the benefits are not that good. The culture of late has taken a turn of well founded fear mongering. You'll be over worked and underpaid. The annual review process is a one sided farce. Mediocrity is rewarded.
