      Pros

      Little supervision, so this is good if you work well independently. Pay is pretty good for entry level position. Work is not too difficult. Hours are fairly flexible so long as you reach your 40 hours. As a temp, your vacation days are also flexible.

      Cons

      I was in a group with no growth and improvements. I was not challenged enough and the work became tedious. I was conducting the same test for several hundred samples which did not teach me much.

      Pros

      I was a "floater" so got to experience different rep's markets across the country.

      Cons

      Had to live out of hotels, tons of travel, allot of people telling you what to do and no commission.

      Challenging and rewarding work that provides the opportunity to bring medical devices to market that cure and prevent blindness. Good pay and benefits including on campus fitness center.

      Cons

      The different medical device groups are very specialized and the ability to laterally move between them for career development is limited.
