      Pros

      My time there was short but the team was great to work with.

      Cons

      System is hard to navigate, customers not being trained to order correctly, a bot system should be made more efficient, communication of stock is difficult.

      15 days AL, friday is wfh for staffs who can, have events like racial harmony , Christmas, hari raya, deepavali, world sight day, etc. have good colleagues

      Cons

      Managers and place don't care about work load, just push them to the people below them. Have a lot of backlog work that people who are in the function currently didn't do. But management is not aware of the backlogs and just promote people who they like. Push the backlog works to other staffs. The manager doesn't know what work the people below them are doing, makes comments only without learning the software/process. Managers tend to talk in a insensitive manner, not caring about others feeling, especially to those below them. Managers have their own favourites. Not a place to grow career wise. Experience wise can
