      Pros

      Close to where I live. I'm only contract, but apparently as a permanent you get really good benefits. No more weekend shift.

      Cons

      There is such a thing as "mandatory" overtime, only in manufacturing I believe.

      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Outside upper management that was brought in really has a way of driving down moral in the manufacturing area. Many decisions are not explained and there is always a sense of change with insufficient communication.
