      1. Research & Development which constantly help commercial management to gain market share. 2. Focus on client´s satisfaction as a company´s priority

      Cons

      1. Lack of experienced managers leading in LatinAmerica countries. 2. Lack of knowledge of local needs not only in promotion & management but in salaries update in countries with high inflation rates.

      Pros

      Working environment is good and colleague friendly and supportive, products are extremely good and well promoted, you can learn a lot but would be difficult grow in medium/ long term

      Cons

      Management don't invest on new resources and is not interested to retain them, tour over is very high. Salary is lower than the Fribourg market
