Good benefits - beautiful campus in Ft Worth

Cons

Too much work with too few people. Multiple layoffs and outsourcing. No longer family/employee oriented.. now it is all about the bottom line. I would still be there if they had not outsourced my job.

Pros

Fellow employees are kind and hard workers. Most everyone treats you like they've known you for ages...even if you just met! Employee benefits can't be beat. Beautiful campus. They truly help support a work/family life balance.

Cons

Employee morale is horrible. Nobody like their job anymore. Policies and processes are so bureaucratic that you can't get anything done. For Admins, very little is put into career development by managers.

The people and management are friendly and have a lot of technical knowledge.

Cons

Novartis was the worst thing for this company! R&D project approval process takes an act of Congress to get anything approved. Nobody is doing any more work in R&D.
