Great company to work for back in the early 80s through the late 2010....always in top 100 companies to work for in the US.

Cons

Changed after by out by Novartis and emplyee moral dropped.

Pros

steady work with good 401k , excellent retirement plan , and very affordable health ins. These benefits are very desirable and make Alcon appear very attractive to the employee.

Cons

They only care about making the production, Quality poor, and Manager don't even speak good english. No team work exists!
