      Good old boys club. The selected few get the perks whether or not they have the degree or experience to do the job. You got a Masters? Sorry. You golf with the boss, hell yeah. HR is dismal . More about the United Way and helping others over helping the employees. You want attention from HR, do not go to a United Way meeting.

      Non, oh sorry nice cafeteria and beautiful grounds and koi fish

      Old school Texas mentalities that are pissed off that Novartis acquired them number 1 and if your from the East Coast forget it....there is definitely prejudice with these people who have been in their jobs for way too long. Novartis really needs to go in and clean up all the dead TEXAS wood!
