      Brutal avoid this like the plague

      Pros

      Pay was competitive along with benefits

      Cons

      Direct management ruled with an iron fist, motivating by fear and insults. Swallowed by Novartis who promptly moved most research jobs offshore, much like Novartis proper and Sandoz generics. Do not work here the stability of jobs in the US is very much in question. Dont work at the other places either.

      Pros

      Very interesting activities and a good attention to innovation. Expert and helpful collegues.

      Cons

      Lot of operating activities. Restrictions imposed by Ministry of Health.
