Pros

- Friendly working environment, co-workers who are also friends outside of work - Most managers, senior colleagues and leadership team are approachable for guidance, advice etc - Plenty of opportunities for training - Starting pay for fresh grads is pretty decent within the industry

Cons

- Could do with more job rotation opportunities within the company - Some systems could do with an upgrade - Depending on which department you join, work/life balance can be abit of a challenge
