      * Very limited career growth and promotion opportunities * Downsizing currently the company undergoes * Failure in selection of competent executives. * Failure in professional treatment to employees by local executives * Unfair salary policies * Heavy working hours and overtimes due to lack of sufficient staff in almost all departments.
