Cons

Getting managed by Novartis makes no sense in terms of management. Paranoia and nonsense between all level of employees.

Rampant incompetence at senior levels resulting in blame trickling down and no changes in incompetent leadership.

A decent stepping stone, but not a place to spend your career.

Pros

The benefits are great - excellent 401k match, company car, top notch health insurance for a reasonable cost, paid time off plus time at Christmas.

Cons

Goals are never released on time. The territories don't make any sense. Complete lack of transparency from upper management. Turnover is very high.
