      Very interesting activities and a good attention to innovation. Expert and helpful collegues.

      Lot of operating activities. Restrictions imposed by Ministry of Health.

      Pros

      Culture and values focus on the patient, customer and the Employees. A major focus and commitment to developing and growing current employee base...building bench strength. Alcon has invested a great deal of resources to support the career development of it's employees. The work environment is collaborative and passionate.

      Cons

      A few snags during the onboarding process due to the integration of Alcon pharma to Novartis. This is temporary and HR and Training do a great job of communicating with employees during the entire process. On Boarding process is thorough and energized, again, a testament to the commitment to employees.
