Heavy workload, stressful environment and many layoffs since purchased by Novartis. Unstable future as rumors are to sell Alcon.

- Best product portfolio in the Vision Care market - Competitive salary with decent bonus payout if you do well - Benefits are okay, PTO is at par with the industry - If you have a good manager that supports you, it's a really good sales position

Cons

- Sometimes rumor mill takes a toll on the culture - Lack of continuity and partnership with other divisions of Alcon
