Bad culture of work if any, managers interrupting you constantly and lot allowing you to focus, bad colleagues interested only in showing off with the manager, lots of meetings and changes of changes of changes .... it's a mess .. the best people have already left and the ones still there are not really qualified people, they don't handle anything and look for people to blame, bad atmosphere .... do not recommend. Ongoing cost cutting measures.

After transfer to logistic team became nightmare. Very tight dateline and expect you to be as good as them even when you are new. Could subject you to verbal or mental abuse even. Not every team in Alcon is the same. Some have different management styles. You can sense whether they are OK or not during interview. Try to ask as much questions as you can (especially about their culture, expectations and everyday work) before accepting offer.
