Dead end job with no purpose. All important and crucial tasks are performed by the team in bangalore. Most of the times we just ask them to solve the issue so we can close the ticket. The managers have no experience in finance or the systems we use, there is no career path and management constantly promises development that never comes. We raised this issues last year to head of accounts payable but nothing changed.

Leadership management at the top level and lead level are very worst in rpa. Employees with in the rpa project don't support you properly. The rpa project is one of the worst ever project that is currently running. They don't encourage or implement your ideas and logics to the code. Rather They do have a non-standared code format and framework which is very worst as it was build in older version and post migration to new environment They are still using it and implementing the new codes which creates more Incidents. The technical leads are the very very worst people who treat us like a modern slave. The rpa management is literally working on to create more incidents and then showcase it toplevel. It's fully a kind of support model and bug fixing into the worst ever codes that is running on daily basis with more bugs. I kindly advice to anyone not join in this company related to Automation rpa opportunities. I lost both my physical and mental health after working for there worstever rpa project.
