The company has great benefits (4 month maternity leave and 12% 401K match) and there is a lot of product innovation. The company is split between 3 businesses so you can move around if you want new experiences. Every 15 year spot in the parking lot is taken which is another strong signal of

Cons

Company is set in their ways. Depending on which business and function you are in, leadership opportunities rarely come up because people stay in their positions for a long time. Work-life balance is questionable; They went back to full time in the office.
