Multisport, luxmed and transport allowance. Nice colleagues at specialist level to work with.

Cons

Missleading communication from management, often causing confusion and low morale. Lack of empathy to understand employees feedback often turning back into toxic environment. Management often changes priorities and expectations so we have no clue how the future looks like.

modern office with some benefits (multisport and luxmed).

Cons

We are constantly harassed and gaslighted by management. Often times blamed for mistakes done by team leaders and threatned to be fired. No carrer path whatsoever. People are stuck in the same position.
