      Easy to make friends and get along with people; Keeping your head low the first year may be helpful. If you work during the day, there are a lot of perks such as the cafeteria and many opportunities to make a different

      Be careful of who you say things to -- they always come back to you somehow! There's much bureaucracy and things are much harder to accomplish than they ought to be.
