Cons

Male dominated culture with limited growth for female leaders. High unplanned attrition for female executives. Highly sought after talent joining the company leaves after the first year. Internal communication does not match Wall Street reality (employees are hyped about performance, but further analysis of the company's stock rating is not as positive).
