Work is fine, very manageable and the best part is you don't have to bring work back home

Cons

Lack of transparency in the job. People will take advantage of you if you're capable of doing work. If you're in a bad team then you're screwed because there's no way up cause if you voice out regarding the poor ethics then you will be shunned upon.
