      *Freedom within territory to grow business in style that fits you *Amazing continuous training. They invest tons in training. *Promotion opportunities if willing to move *FTO *Regular raises if meeting expectations *Trips for meetings and President's club

      Cons

      *Must be willing to move if you want to be promoted (but this is most corporate jobs *Rural areas will always be hard to win awards in, due to 50% of president's club calculation being total dollars in territory and heavier weighting to products that sell better in large metro areas.
