      Internal Politics are out of control

      Pros

      There were small pockets of great people. Values claim to be strong and virtuous. It was a very good place, but dog and pony shows have left it without any core or integrity.

      Cons

      The culture is one of blame, it is not one of walking the talk. If you speak up, you will be outcast. It is a culture of complicity. Even speaking up with proven documented abuses go dismissed by higher ranks. For those who have no interest in quality of what they deliver, it is a very inviting place. Development is a facade, unless your meeting outside of work with your boss.

      Benefits are great. That's it

      Cons

      Constantly work mandatory overtime. No home life. Way too much favoritism in my department. If you make a suggestion for improvement you never hear anything about it. Lead controls supervisor. Can do no wrong. Employees can do nothing right unless you are in the click. Tired of being treated like a child and abused, while the favorites can do anything they want. Don't ever make a mistake. You get a report card at the end of the month with your mistakes
