      Pros

      steady work with good 401k , excellent retirement plan , and very affordable health ins. These benefits are very desirable and make Alcon appear very attractive to the employee.

      Cons

      Incompetent management! current leader MICRO-MANAGES! Numbers(production output) mean everything to them! Management treats production people with very little respect! No team work exists! They get nervous during audits and when employees threaten to use legal resources to be treated fairly and within the law!

      Great pay..good hour's..lots of overtime..

      Cons

      No communication between leaders n employees..to much favoritism between leaders n some employees...shift leader has disregard for department future..too much wasted time standing n talking when leader is working overtime...
