Lacking efficient leaders, management can be better, and the communication is terrible.

The company has some what great benefits but you can get that at a way better company with a much more organized company that values their employees and actually communicates.
Cons
The retention at this company is terrible and the unhealthy work environment does not help, no clear instructions on how to operate within certain roles and job responsibilities, directors/supervisors hardly know what they are doing. Employees are underpaid and expected to do more than selected others due to lack of efficient employees, please be aware that not only do directors/supervisors not know what they are doing but also have no directive eagerness to make reasonable solutions. Most directive action comes from a group of board members who have no idea how to run an organization and or make functional decisions
