Security, training, profit share, flexible working

Cons

No real career opportunities, hard to move out of position upwards, poor salary increase between grades. They prefer to employee outside departments with no knowledge, rather than promote someone with years of experience.

Excellent facilities, most work is transnational with plenty opportunity to travel, flexi-time 35hr and no clocking (new), you feel trusted by your employer

Cons

Hugely dominated by middle aged white male engineers stuck in the 1900's, people spend decades at the company and only ever moving sideways and never upwards.
