1.flexible ,work and life balance is good,if someone wants to do a set of oarticular group,not more than that,then its good place for them.

1.Salary is same as other,nothing speacial as product based. 2.no growth in career ,no learning and nothing new 3.some managers are worse,not having a single idea about on their topic and irresponsible in their work.
