      Global leader with excellent benefits. In North America, Maintain over 50% market share annually. Manufacturing over 70 aircraft and supporting the North American fleet exceeding 2000 fielded aircraft.

      Cons

      Large company with challenges to change culture and behavior quickly. Internal processes often more difficult than customer driven challenges. Poor Human Resources department.

      Pros

      Working on Aircraft and large interesting projects. The workforce are some of the nicest best and brightest people you can meet. Flexible employer. Good pay and bonuses, working conditions and pensions.

      Cons

      Management are always missing in meetings, there is no real leadership. Transparency is encouraged and then punished. Career opportunities are based purely on who you know. Decision making is done by criticism. Incessant and pointless paperwork and archaic tools.
