Petty Internal Politics. Too many Design Office Managers promoted from shop floor with a grudge against University Degrees. HR criteria for promotion unclear and salary increases are limited.

Cons

Nobody appears to have any people skills. Many people work here just because its the space industry, regardless of the role they do. Have not worked anywhere this bad at actually doing software development before.

Standard working hours, and decent pay for the work that is almost non-existant.

Cons

Brought in to perform Computer Security but was then moved to another group as soon as my signature was on the employment documentation. Found out after I was brought on board with the group that the contract expired in a month.
