      Stability of the job, safety in numbers.

      Cons

      Depending on your band, you get treated less fairly than others. Business push for maximum delivery even when it doesn't make sence to do so for the projects. Can become stressful. Inability to be able to progress in the business. Hard lined HR policies and behaviour attitudes towards people progression.
