      -Structured work environment -Nice colleagues -'Free' canteen

      Cons

      -No career path -Hidden HR policies like no internal move within 2 years of entering; no availablility to obtain higher wage band within 4 years of service; -No career development growth -Inmaturity of company policies etc. -Leadership is incompetent - selected only through nepotism

      No pressure to change culture. If you don't like discipline and expectations this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Pay .... HR will literally ask you if you would still like to apply when they do not pay wages that are what you have been making or per the experience you have. If you want to attract the best and keep the best you must pay more. Work is a 4 letter word so at the end of the day a person has to feel adequately compensated.
