Pros
Air Liquide believes in developing their people; giving them opportunities to grow and succeed. If you are willing to work hard you will be rewarded and recognized. Although working hard is recognized, it is with the encouragement to maintain a life/work balance. The future is bright at Air Liquide, not just as a business that is stable and positioned to do very well in the coming years, but as a great place to work.
Cons
The attitude towards current technology. Also, the work environment is a little lacking. Many employees are in cubicles with the lower walls. The cubicles would be more tolerable if they would invest in the higher walls.
