      In every plant I visited there seemed to be a great atmosphere. There was a lot of hands on work, which was fun.

      None comes to mind at the moment.

      Pros

      Internationality of the teams, allowing open mindness fostering. All the french employees were very friendly and open to teach the language!

      Cons

      Technical managers sometimes prefere technical aspects rather than being team player. Recruitment is very tigth to economics of the company and of the world; 2009 was not a good year...

      Pros

      Goes beyond just saying people are important, but rather believes and practices it. Not perfect but a good place to work. Senior mangement can be a bit stuffy at times and focus too much on numbers. HR Leadership is rather clueless.

      Cons

      Could improve by embracing flexible work arrangements more.
