      No clear direction. Inward-looking company: internal politics determines the outcome of almost everything. This company gives the impression of not knowing what to do with their R&D operations.

      Pros

      Highly interesting business Good place for grads to get experience but better to leave after a few years.

      Cons

      Many of the leaders lack integrity and experience with subject and people. HR lacks integrity and knowledge. Company rules by chaos. Company (HR) appears to be cleaning house of those near retirement (to make financial numbers) Poor safety and poor safety leader.

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits! Good overall company structure. Work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Working with old systems that continue to have "patches" that never fix the main problem. Difficult to find movement within the company. Company seems to have trouble promoting good employees quickly which in turn will cause employees to leave (high turnover).
