Working from home is possible, international colleagues

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, undervalued. Especially with inflation and cost of living going up, 20k is not enough to live in London. Temporary 12 month contracts with 6 month probation periods, with the possibility of _maybe_ getting permanent contract is not good for job security. I predict these positions to be outsourced to cheaper countries in the future for sure. Would not recommend.
