Pros
One thing I really like so far is that my boss has been very clear about what’s expected of me – overall, but also on a day to day basis. I’m never left wondering if I’m prioritizing my work flow correctly of what’s most important, because it’s all made very clear right up front.
Cons
Honestly having clear expectations takes a lot of stress out of the work day and when I’m less stressed, I’m less likely to sweat the small stuff and find things to complain about.
