How long does it take?

Pros

You get paid but that’s about all of it.

Cons

I was reading all the recent reviews about this place, and I have to say, how long does it take for the current CEO to wake up and see how bad this place is getting? From a recent catch up with some of the current employees, I have learned that this place is only going downhill from here. It was ok when I was there, certain people high up had a clue of what they are doing and a couple of great game designers that are passionate about their jobs. But it seems like now they are back on the “family business” up there, a bunch of people playing bosses.

Pros

My boss is so concerned about playing head office games he's not really keeping an eye on the little work that I do.

Cons

I work with a bunch of pensioners. Customers really hate us.

The bad outweighs the good

Pros

Compensation, benefits, flexible schedule, no micromanaging

Cons

Some employees are pretty uptight, they think they are superior. They act like they are a golden, when in reality they are plastic with gold spray paint. They do not help, they deliberately set you up to fail somehow. They neglect to give you information when they know you need it to do your job effectively. If you go to the management team they don't listen, they just don't care. Can't complain about the pets. Job responsibilities are wrongly distributed, unnecessary travel for some people, broken promises, people are just outrageously rude, too entitled, they have no clue how to work in a corporate environment, so much backstabbing and gossiping, and the dress code needs to be reviewed immediately.
