My experience at Ainsworth was quite enjoyable. It was definitely a learning experience and the first year I struggled with feeling like an imposter and feeling overwhelmed by how much I didn’t know. But after that first year I started to get the hang of things and be able to not only meet the demands of my job but far exceed them. By the time I left my boss was astounded by how far I had progressed and completely understood why I needed to leave in order to further develop in my career.

I left the company on good terms with everyone, including my boss.
