      Aidoc is pioneer in brings cutting edge AI to patient care, saving lives on a daily basis. In most of the market AI is just a buzzword, or an academic paper, but in Aidoc it is the day to day, and is embedded into the products and physicians workflows in a seamless and effective way. The company has smart and nice people with a fun and egalitarian culture. The work is hybrid and flexible.

      Cons

      Aidoc is a company that is growing very rapidly so many changes take place. The work is challenging, and there is a need to be fast and think on your feet.

      Great organizational culture, 2 months of training before you even touch the company code base once. Hand in hand tutorship along the first task with a lot of feedback and learning oppertunities. Helpful team members and administrative staff. Fun and smart people to work with and learn from

      Highly competent colleagues, all are very pleasant to work with. There's always a positive atmosphere, and the actual work is meaningful and has a positive impact on the world.

      Cons

      Since this is a growing startup, mentorship is less available than I'd like it to be.
