      Forefront of the industry. Company tends to feel relatively flat and non hierarchical. Good work life balance

      Cons

      No structure for internal movement. Promotions do not come with pay. Relatively conservative values internally.

      Pros

      The product is second to none, real clinical impact with breakthrough technology. Actually delivers on promises and the people cares deeply about their clients. People are super smart but still kind and welcoming. I'm pretty new, and everyone I met so far was happy to take the time and explain things to me Values are simple and to the point, and people really seem to live by them

      Cons

      There is SO MUCH to learn, it can get overwhelming. More time to onboard and maybe more direction would help.
