Working in Product @ Agoda: - Challenging - Full of learning opportunities - Rub shoulders with people much, much smarter than you - No chance to be the smartest person in the room - Room for growth - very data driven / non-emotional decision making process - Lots of impactful decisions to be made - Millions in business value waiting to be generated - Freedom to take on more responsibility At this point this review is probably looking like a sponsored post, but Agoda is absolutely an amazing place for product, design, and engineering talent. I have no familiarity with other parts of the business in terms of job satisfaction. Restrict this massively positive review to only those 3 areas, as I cannot speak for other parts of the business.
