Lots of opportunity open for worldwide relocation with mobility program especially for those work hard & successes driven. Welfare & benefit are medium but far more better than certain travel companies. Culture & environment are very young & friendly.
Cons
Communication wise. Company is fast growing company and lately expanding rapidly & continuously. Lots of departments have been restructured for functionality reason. However communications between departments may not cover all aspects, this could lead to miss communication between departments owning to the complicated & dynamic changed flows. This may take several days to get thing investigated & solved in between departments, on the other hands this may limit company from inside information as most people may avoid reporting due to complicated flow.
