      Pros

      International and diverse. Lots of smart and friendly colleagues. Senior leadership team is approachable. Encourage staff to be hands-on and take full ownership.

      Cons

      Some processes or structures are not well-defined. But I wouldn't label them as Cons but they are not for everyone either. Agoda is suitable for people who are self-initiated that don't always need direction.
