      Top-Down management style, red tape, salary ok-ish but without any additional benefit. Limited career potential and chances to make a difference

      - relatively very high salary comparing to the market rate - relatively high bonus comparing to the market rate - cutting-edge technologies being considered to be used all the time - superb location , CTW building is one of the best office building in Thailand

      Cons

      - too much pressure. manager kept pushing every team members on daily basis - people are from weak to super smart - some managers are too unfriendly and rude - not so work-life balance

      Nothing is a pro here

      Cons

      - No food options within the company premises, you have to fend for yourself. - too much work pressure with no training, they expect you to work from day 1. - No transportation. - Leadership is not reliable they will fire you for no reason to save their seats - Management will put the blame on you for thier mistakes - No growth opportunity - They will show big salary package on the offer and then pay you with peanuts in your salary with so many deductions. - No job security - No flexibility for working hours they will issue warning letters even for one minute late - You mean nothing to them they will always have backup hiring for your role going on and will pick the next person as soon as they fire you.
