Aerotek - Long hours but good pay if business is good.

Pros

Compensation will be good if you have a large book of business. People are generally friendly and social. This job will develop your skills as a business individual but the industry can seem almost "car salesy." This job probably will not be your last job.

Cons

This would not be a job for someone that likes working 8-5. The hours are pretty much 7-7 and it is expected to enjoy that aspect and not complain about it. Most of the people they hire are kids right out of college. they specifically target type A personalities which leads to little diversity within the company.

Pros

Good place to start a career straight out of college if you are interested in learning how to recruit. Good training program.

Cons

no work life balance, poor compensation for work complete, inept management, office politics. Aerotek only promoted those with great sales numbers, not accounting for leadership competencies or abilities. Big mistake when they trust these people with teams of producers.

Pros

From a sales tenacity and goal oriented perspective, this company is best in class, hands down. The opportunities are endless.

Cons

You will work harder here than anyplace else you have ever worked, short of avtive duty military service. Expect to work 75 hour weeks. And the fringe benefits of med, dental, etc. are very expensive.
