- Very little communication from Upper Management on why certain decisions are made. -Poor project management and the project and those working to meet the deadline suffer - Almost no way to get utilization high enough to get a bonus

- sink or swim environment - little to no training for experienced hires - lackluster benefits: no 401K match, high cost for insurance, misleading PTO policy - losing clients which resulted in layoffs recently - Good old boy network in management
