Pros

There are some amazingly talented creative people within this organization. The concept of "Career Managers" is one that should be carried forward after the merging is complete.

Cons

I wouldn't wish working for this company on my enemies. The project management is unforgivably terrible. The client partnership is unaware of the capabilities and limitations of the creative and technical staff; they consistently will say or do anything to get the client in the door, and lean on creative and technology to pick up the slack... and eventually on legal to mitigate a gross failure to manage expectations. The ethical accountability of the staff borders on legitimate criminality.

- The people are nice and friendly - The benefits are okay

Cons

- You are not in charge of your own utilization. And if you've done everything in your power to get billable hours, but it's still unattainable and out of your control, then it's too bad for you. You'll be put on the chopping block. - No accrued vacation - The company does not value their employees

Pros

- Well paid, above industry standards. - Cutting edge technology, so except to spend some extra hrs to learn them - Travel reimbursements are well managed.

Cons

- Some of the mid level management are bureaucratic and are very good with playing politics. - Promotion is selective, people who know and get friendly with management team gets promoted. If you do your job and except to get promoted or get fair hike, then this is not the company to join. - Certainly not a company for a technologist who wants to stick on technology side and grow. - Some of the PMs are not technical, might face challenges working with them.
