Acquisition ruining culture

Pros

Acquity has the remains of a great culture. It is a fast moving, challenging place to work. You'll come across some very, very bright people.

Cons

The founders sold to Accenture and have left. Farewell emails come in every other Friday. The people that have stuck around have to deal with the transition to Accenture, whose culture couldn't be more different. Enjoy using a cheap Dell, doing a PPA on a WBS for TPS reports, and having your projects run by people that have no experience in your field.

Dynamic company with high goals. They have been growing very rapidly since 2010. They have collected an impressive list of successes.

Cons

Company relies heavily on consultants ability to travel. Many consultants are traveling more then 70% of the time.

None that I can think of.

Cons

No 401K match, no clear vacation policy, horrible management. Even though Accenture has acquired them, operating management is the same. They have failed in delivering every project they have taken up, the list is endless.
