Pros
Great Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration, Fosters a culture of learning new tools and technologies, Good company for college freshers and entry level developers, Base Salary is decent.
Cons
This is not a great company for experienced professionals, the scale of projects are pretty small - average project team size is around 5-10 people. The bonus compensation structure is poor. The vacation policy is not employee friendly - they talk about unlimited vacations but at the same time discourage employees to take vacations asking them to fill in a manual vacation form request for approvals. Also, maximum number of vacations is limited to 3-4 weeks and new employees are discouraged to take more than a weeks vacation in the first year. Company does not offer any 401K plan and the employee contribution for the medical plans are very expensive. No concept of 2 weeks notice period, they will release you immediately if you are on the bench once you submit your resignation.
