- Good pay - Working environment safe - friendly team members - Senior management cooperative - good at accommodating leave requests

Cons

- Career advancement is very difficult for casual employees, some have been working as casual over 3 years in the same job. - Performance evaluation and feedback is very informal -staff rewards are basically nothing
